Ms. Wang is a Managing Partner of New City Advisors. Prior, Ms. Wang managed a portfolio of Global Financials and Emerging Markets equities at Seneca Capital, a New York based hedge fund, exploring investment opportunities in the US, Europe, Brazil, Mexico, the Middle East, South Africa, and Asia.
Ms. Wang began her career at Goldman Sachs and Company, in the New York investment banking group, and went on to source and execute private equity deals for the Principal Investment Area within Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong.
Ms. Wang graduated from Stanford University with dual B.A.s in Economics and Comparative Literature, and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, and proficient in Spanish, French, and Arabic. She currently holds the following FINRA security licenses: 7, 24, 63, and 79.
Mr. Wang is a Managing Partner at New City Advisors. He has a background in risk analysis and management for financial institutions. Mr. Wang has advised global banks, insurers and funds in risk positioning and portfolio management. He facilitated global investment opportunities for family offices from China with particular expertise in real estate, energy, commodities and high tech ventures.
Mr. Wang began his career at Oliver Wyman, in the London based financial services group. Mr. Wang graduated from University of Cambridge with B.A. and M.Eng degrees in manufacturing engineering. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Ms. Zhou a Managing Partner at New City Advisors, with expertise in China marketing insight. Ms. Zhou has a decade of experience in the immigration market, with particular expertise in EB-5, Canada, and immigration policies. During her career, she has been involved in raising over $250 million for various projects. Ms. Zhou has extensive experience in internal operations and investor relations.
Prior to New City Advisors, Ms. Zhou gained in-depth executional experience in immigration project consulting, case processing, internal development, and investor management at various large corporations. Her unique set of professional skills has enabled Ms. Zhou to effectively liaise, support, and partner with migration agents and investors.
